By creating an account or using MarkitFixed ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by MarkitFixed Ltd ("we", "us").
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in your account currency, exclusive of VAT unless stated. Refunds are at our discretion and limited to the current billing period.
You retain ownership of project data, drawings, rates, and tenders you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
MarkitFixed is a tool to assist with construction estimating. All quantities, rates, and prices are your responsibility to verify. We do not warrant that estimates produced are accurate or fit for any particular tender or contract.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, or indirect damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
